Option 1) Agents visit Our agent will visit you
the day after you confirm your order, (or whenever is
convenient to you). We will always give you an indication of
the expected length of our visit, but for residential
property of 3 to 4 bedrooms a maximum of one hour is usually required. |

Option 2) Sketch & send
You provide us with a sketch of the location,
including any information you require to be on the
plan i.e. entrance & exits, windows, appliances
etc. Fax your sketch to us & we will return the
completed floorplan within 1 working day, in the
format/file you require.

Floorplans can be provided in Word for
Windows, JPEG & PDF file formats & can
be used in printed literature or on the internet.
Our floorplans can be supplied in high resolution
for printing up to A3 size. |

Option 3) Combining
a virtual tour with your floor plan
We are able to incorporate
'Hot Spots'
or 'hyperlinks' into your floor plan which, when
clicked, link to the corresponding virtual tours of
the rooms enabling us to show viewers the correct
